Why we soft wash
High pressure can lift paint, damage render and force water behind cladding. A soft wash uses a cleaning solution to break down mould and grime, then a gentle rinse carries it away.

Will a house wash damage my paint or render?
We use a low-pressure soft wash with a cleaning solution, not a high-pressure blast. It's the gentle way to clean painted and rendered walls.
Is it safe for older brick and heritage homes?
Soft washing is gentle on old brick and mortar. We can test a small area first and take extra care with fragile surfaces.
Do you clean windows as well?
We rinse windows and frames as part of the wash, but it isn't a detailed window clean. Ask us if you need one.
Is it worth doing before I sell?
Yes. A clean house, roof and driveway makes a big difference to first impressions and listing photos, for a small cost.
Can you reach two-storey homes?
Yes. Soft washing reaches most two-storey walls from the ground, and we have ladders for eaves and hard-to-reach spots.
What about my garden?
We wet plants down before and after, and rinse runoff away. Move pot plants away from the walls before we arrive if you can.
