Can you clean sandstone without damaging it?
Yes. Sandstone is soft, so we use low pressure and a gentle cleaning solution, and can test a small area first. We'll tell you if any stone looks fragile before we start.
Do you work on heritage-listed homes?
We clean gently and don't change any materials, but if your home is heritage listed, it's worth checking any council conditions before booking. We're happy to work to them.
I'm on tank water. Is that a problem?
Please disconnect or lock off your rainwater tank downpipes before we start (or empty the tank if you'd rather), so cleaning water and treatment don't run into it. If you're not sure how, we'll talk you through it when we quote.
